While searching for a car, I realised that the car industry has some funny names for car. I feel as though many car brands can’t be bothered to think of a proper name, so they just keep whatever pops in their minds. There are some names of cars I find really silly, like the Volkswagen up! and many more but the most recent car that I think has a silly name is the SEAT Mii.
I saw the new SEAT Mii in Taunton last week, the car was very nice but I didn’t like the name so it didn’t feel right for me to buy it. After I came home I couldn’t stop thinking about the car, it was in perfect condition and it also felt great to drive.
The car has only been around for a few months, it was launched at the end 2011, so I know the car is almost still in new condition. The car I saw was a three-door, which isn’t very practical for me, as I have two young children and so that was another reason that I didn’t want to buy the car.
In the end I decided not to buy the car for many reasons, so I started looking for another car on the internet that didn’t have a silly name and was a five door. But I somehow ended up finding the new SEAT Mii 5-door, which is due to go on sale in May 2012.
The new Seat Mii 5-door is slightly bigger than the three doors, it has room for four friendly adults and the boot will swallow 251 litres worth of luggage. The new SEAT 5-door is powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine; it is available in two outputs of either 60 PS and 75 PS.
Now after seeing this car I’m confused as to what to do, I am very tempted to wait for the new SEAT Mii 5-door and am willing to ignore the name. But at the same time I really want to buy a new car now, so its decision time for me.
